Gift Guide for the Fitness Fanatic

Hey Santa,

Gift Guide #3 (check out #1 and #2) is here, I've been really good this year, and this fitness chick wants everything on this list for some extra holiday cheer!

Okay, I promise, I'm done with rhyming for the rest of this post😂 I carefully narrowed down my ultimate favorites for this gift guide, compiling all my must-have gym accessories to help you get the perfect gift for your fitness-loving gym-rat loved one.

In addition to nicer items like the fitness tracker, compact hairdryer, and the best yoga mat in the industry, I've also included stocking-stuffers that you normally might not think to gift, like the pampering facial wipes, washable tote, or athletic socks. But trust me, these are things everyone is thankful to have in their gym bags after a good sweat session!

1. Alta Wireless Fitness Tracker by FitBit ($119.95)

Not just your average activity tracker, this one wirelessly syncs stats to your computer or phone to give you reminders of your workouts and goals. It also measures your time and quality of sleep, and wakes you up silently with a vibrating alarm! I've been obsessed with all things blush colored, so I love this blush pink band for it.

2. Nike Tech Fleece Knit Pullover ($100)

A warm, sleek, and chic pullover to take you from gym straight to brunch with the girlfriends. I love my NYU hoodie, but this would be a much more grown-up upgrade for my gym bag.

3. T3 Compact Featherweight Foldable Hair Dryer ($99)

After that SoulCycle class, you're gonna want to dry your hair before heading back to the office. But no one wants to carry around a clunky hair dryer, so this sleek and adorable compact foldable hair dryer is a gift Santa can win over all the sweaty fitness fiends with.

4. Nike Roshe Run Print Sneaker ($95)

I love my roshe runs for how insanely comfortable they are, and these classics have the perfect stitch detailing to make it your not-so-ordinary new favorite black kicks.

5. truFORMAT Yoga Mat ($90)

I've always stuck with Jade yoga mats for their superior quality, longevity of performance, and non-toxic materials instead of that cheap plastic. The truFORMAT mat takes the Jade yoga mat and upgrades it majorly with its functional scorpion design that helps make sure you're in proper alignment. You can grow with the mat too, as you improve your flexibility and skills. It's also SUPER light-weight and foldable so it's perfect for the jetsetter too!

6. Under Armour Women's The Works Gym Tote Bag ($51.99)

This cute and functional gym tote bag isn't obnoxious with logos, and it's so purposeful with its great size and structure. It's ightweight, waterproof, and has a special space for your yoga mat too. Everyone would always appreciate a gym bag upgrade, and at this price, this one is a steal!

7. Phasier BHS-730 Bluetooth Sport Earphones ($49.99-$59.99)

No one wants to deal with untangling cords while getting their sweat on. I have these Jaybird Bluetooth Wireless Headphones from years ago, but I've heard great things about these from Phasier that is a more affordable price point right now. It also comes with a lifetime sweatproof warranty, a mic, and a choice of 5 different colors.

8. Trigger Point Foam Roller ($35.99)

This is one thing I can't live without on this list, and is the best of the best when it comes to foam rollers. Some are harmfully too intense, some are a little too gentle- this structure is the perfect fit for most everyone. Recovery, mobility, and just feeling that "hurts so good" when you're sore, this is a fitness freak's BFF.

9. S'well Elements Collection- Opal Marble, 17oz. ($35)

We all know plastic waterbottles are wasteful and also not great for your body. Gift this gorgeous non-toxic, reusable S'well bottle that keeps your cold drinks cold for 24 hours, you hydrated, and your gym bag lookin' pretty. I also love this bottle in the beautiful rose-gold color.

10. adidas Original Boyfriend Tee ($30)

Adidas has been really rocking the cool kids scene lately in fitness, and this original trefoil logo boyfriend tee is perfect for a gym tee shirt but then also your casual chic athleisure outfit with a these high-waisted jeans and your Stan Smiths.

11. Zella Running Socks 3-pack in Red Vine ($24)

Socks might seem like a weird thing to get someone for Christmas, but it's the BEST stocking stuffer. Everyone is always losing socks in the laundry, and they get pretty ratty after a lot of gym use, so it's something you never have too much of. I love Zella leggings for quality, affordability, and fit, and their socks are no different. They come in two color combos- I obviously picked the Christmasy one for this gift guide, but they also come in this Teal and Grey individually.

12. Kaia Naturals Charcoal Deodorant in Bamboo ($21)

Going all-natural with your deodorant can be pretty intimidating for the person who works out all the time, but this one is the best I've tried (and I've tried a LOT). It smells amazing, has adorable packaging, and everyone could use an extra deodorant to throw in their gym bag.

13. The Boss Ceramic Thermal Mug ($14)

Okay, so not exactly gym material per say, but I wouldn't mind sipping on my pre-workout coffee in this baller mug to get me extra pumped up for my workout and my workday! Too cute.

14. Kaia Naturals Juicy Bamboo Facial Cleansing Cloths ($13)

Sweating with makeup on is bad enough, and after a spin class you might not always have time to fully wash your face. These all-natural biodegradable cleansing cloths with organic honey, jojoba, and citrus oils smell amazing and leave your face feeling refreshed and acne-free!

15. Baggu Nylon Machine-Washable Tote ($9)

Okay, also a seemingly odd gift but stocking stuffers galore because: who on earth wants to stuff their sweaty, gym-germy workout clothes and sneakers into their clean gym bag, only to put clean clothes back in there later? Yeahhh. These cheap and adorably cheerful machine-washable totes are multi-purpose for sneakers, dirty/clean clothes, etc. Comes in several prints!
